Returns and Refunds

Thank you for shopping on Stilmoda. We hope you enjoy your order. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving the order, following the instructions below:

RETURN REQUEST


  • Write as the subject of the email: "REQUEST RETURN" and your order number

eg. RETURN N 1010

  • In the event that you like the purchase but you need to change the size or you have decided to buy another item, enter the subject of your email REQUEST FOR EXCHANGE and your order number - when we will receive your shipment return we will issue a gift voucher in your favor with which you can buy again on www.stilmodaboutique.it

  • In both cases, enter the following information in the text field of the email, name and surname, list of products to be returned, the buyer's address and the order creation date

(product title)

We remind you that the items must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use including all the original labels, packaging and accessories received with the order.
If the returned product does not comply with the provisions of the previous paragraph, or if the exception to the right of withdrawal operates, Stilmoda reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with all the foreseen conditions. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
 
PACKAGING
When we have sent you the shipping label, pack the package carefully, preferably using the shipping packaging provided by Stimoda and the original product packaging, if present, in a safe and secure manner so that the integrity of the products contained is preserved.
Once the package has been packed, apply the return label carefully, taking care to cover or remove other previous transport documents if present.

REIMBURSEMENT
Refunds will be made as soon as the receipt, verification and acceptance of the returned item has been completed.
Stilmoda will therefore reimburse all payments made by the buyer, including delivery costs. These refunds will be made using the same payment instrument used by the customer during the purchase, unless otherwise established.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly depending on the bank circuit of the credit card used. For orders placed via Paypal the amount will be returned immediately to the account.

Refunds will be made once the returned items, having arrived at their destination at our office, have been checked and therefore the acceptance of the returned item/s has been completed.
